This ranch is made for bowhunting! Get up close and personal with the elusive Coues deer on this desert ranch with excellent numbers of Coues deer!
This easy to access Coues deer ranch boasts one of the largest Coues deer populations we have ever seen! This past season our hunters routinely saw over 50 deer per day come in to drink! Arrangements can be made for either a DIY or Semi-Guided hunt, whichever suits your group's needs. This ranch includes dirt tanks as well as trough drinkers holding deer in the area even on the driest of years. Most hunting locations are within a 5-15 minute drive of the ranch house. There are numerous locations to brush in your ground blind within archery ranges allowing you the opportunity for the perfect shot. The roads to and from the ranch are easily navigated with a light duty truck or SUV, with a minimum risk of scratching your vehicle.
The ranch house is super basic and consists of a kitchen/dining room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and hot water. This kitchen setup includes a gas stove but hunters will need to bring their own pots, pans and cooking utensils. The bedroom includes three beds with mattresses, but has room to accommodate up to two more hunters but you would need to bring your own cots. There is no cell phone or wifi reception, however the ranch owners personal house roughly 100 yds away has Starlink and hunters are welcome to sit on the front porch to use it whenever they feel the need.
