The black top road took us to within a few miles of the ranch house and after entering through the locked gate we arrived at a real nice and roomy ranch house. The three bedroom three bathroom house has all the comforts of home including a fireplace to keep things nice and warm at night. There are several couches in the main living room, a large kitchen and dining area, gas stove, and refrigerator with a freezer to freeze out your trophy coues deer capes. All three bathrooms have showers with propane heated showers!
The ranch would be perfect for a group of 4-5 hunters and boasts multiple water sources that include several ground fed springs that produce water even during the worst of drought years, like Sonora experienced in 2024.
